This is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded people in your community who gather together in the spirit of health. Experience the revitalizing contrast between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the ocean.

BOOK YOUR SESSION

However you like to sauna, you have one full hour to sweat, chill and rejuvenate. Whether you like to do short rounds with ocean dips in between, or longer rounds with a pause to take in the view, we look forward to making the sauna experience enjoyable for you!
Age Restrictions: Participants must be 18+ years or older unless prior arrangements have been made with Embody Saunas.

CURRENT SESSIONS:

Saturday 4pm - 9pm // Sunday 4pm - 9pm

5 sessions available each day of the weekend, starting on the hour.

WHAT TO BRING

- Togs
- Towels x2 - You will need one to sit on and another one to dry yourself off after the session
- Water bottle(adding a pinch of salt can help with hydration)

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session to make the most out of your hour.
